Lauren Gunn is an energetic, fun-loving teacher who has a passion for helping others. Although born in the lovely Sierra Nevada Mountains of California, she has made her home in Castle Rock with her husband and four furry children. She has a master’s from the University of Denver in Education. This is her sixth year at Renaissance, where she is currently a third grade teacher. Working at Renaissance is an honor. The dedication to students and education, the adventure education program, and the strong culture of community are one-of-a-kind.
Lauren hopes to inspire those around her to share her joy for education as life-long learners. Outside of teaching, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, taking pictures, doing zumba, singing, mountain biking, running, and spending time with family.
